Explore the questions
What makes Athena Agent useful for sales and marketing?

Our team builds and tests specialist skills that encode research, preparation, and review procedures. Combine them with useful memory and connected sources to prepare account briefs, outreach drafts, content plans, campaign materials, and recurring reviews. Explore sales and marketing workflows.

Can Athena work with our social and messaging accounts?

The Athena connectivity layer supports configured social, messaging, email, and calendar workflows. Available methods depend on the connected account and permissions. Publishing and messages follow the workflow’s review rules; paid advertising and CRM actions need their own configured integrations.

Can it repeat a procedure later?

Reusable skills capture the working method. Scheduled jobs can run agreed research, reports, or checks on configured infrastructure and return a result to the chosen destination. Host and connected-service availability still matter.

Can Athena make a call and work through a phone menu?

A configured workflow can make an authorized enquiry or follow-up call, use keypad actions through supported menus, and handle hold. Agree on the task, calling access, and controls for the deployment. Explore phone workflows.

What context can Athena bring into a call?

Approved lead details, task instructions, and relevant authorized caller history where available. Confirm important spoken details and keep corrections with the task.

What can our team review after a call?

Available transcripts, key details, and enabled call activity: keypad events, tools, and delivery status. Return the result through configured integrations and keep unresolved calls or deliveries visible. See call review.

What is Athena Research?

Athena Research builds Athena Voice for live conversation and Athena Agent for persistent work. We also implement the products as services: connect them to an authorized workflow and stay until the real path works.

What is the difference between a product and a service?

A product is the software. A service is our team putting that software into one of your workflows, connecting the tools you authorize, respecting the limits you set, and checking that the real-world step happened.

What is Athena Voice?

Live speech-to-speech with context, interruptions, and approved tools. Supported phone workflows can include menus, call controls, transcripts, and checked handoffs. Explore Athena Voice.

What is Athena Agent?

Athena Agent is a persistent agent on your infrastructure: local, private server, VPC, or on-prem. It uses authorized tools, remembers project context, and reports what was verified across its connected channels.

Can Voice place calls, book, or update a record?

In supported deployments, with connected calling and business tools and the right authorization. Check the connected result before treating a booking, send, or update as complete.

Does the agent act without permission?

It works within the tools and scopes you authorize. Low-risk reads can run inside that boundary. Writes, messages, calls, bookings, and payments can require human confirmation and leave an evidence trail.

Can you connect our existing software?

Yes, through an authorized plugin or API. Access can be read-only or a small set of approved writes. Every application, channel, and calendar must be configured; the agent does not gain universal access by default.

Where does the agent run?

On your local computer, private server, VPC, or on-prem infrastructure. Files, memory, tools, and channels are configured within your deployment boundary. Connected external services receive the data needed for the authorized work, according to the integrations you choose.

Does it remember work between sessions?

Project context, files, memory, and reusable skills persist across sessions. Recurring procedures can be encoded as skills so the workflow does not start from zero each time.

Which problems can you help solve?

Customer outreach, utility service requests, real-estate operations, banking service handoffs, community coordination, and studio production. Start with a bounded workflow and connect the tools it needs. See the Solutions page for examples.

How do we start?

Start with one workflow in a 90-day pilot on your infrastructure. There is no setup fee; you pay for the AI you use. Month 1 connects the workflow, month 2 runs it on real work, and month 3 reviews the result and whether to continue. You keep what we build.

How do we contact the team?

Use the contact form or email the team. The form opens a draft in your email application; it does not send or store the message itself.

Start with one workflow.

Bring us the outcome you need. We will scope the conversation, the systems involved, and the evidence that shows it worked.
